We are a student residence in the west of Aachen.
Apartments
The residential complex consists of 352 apartments, most of which are occupied by students. The apartments are between 18m2 and 68m2 in size.
These range from the 18m2 type 1 apartment to the maisonette apartment with its own roof terrace. You can find detailed information on the individual apartment types here:
Rentals
The apartments are not uniformly owned: some are rented out to students by investors, while others are owned by parents who have purchased the apartments for their children.
Location
For the car owners among the residents, the residential complex has an underground garage with over 200 parking spaces.
The complex is located right next to Westpark, which is a great place to relax in good weather. Here you can do sports, have a barbecue or simply lie in the sun.
Shopping
The infrastructure is ideal: Aldi, Lidl and Kaufland are in the immediate vicinity, as are a number of snack bars and restaurants. The city center and university are also just a few minutes' walk away.
